So what is the commonality between endo, fertility, PCOS, PMS and having trouble conceiving naturally?

All of these conditions or situations will be impacted by the level of stillness you are allowing yourself to go to as a woman (or not!). You will hear me banging on about stillness a lot. And no, it does not involve sitting under a tree or crossing your legs and meditating on a mountain. Stillness is a quality of movement. It is deeper than presence. And it is not mindfulness. It has way more to do with your body than your mind, although in stillness your mind and its overwhelm no longer lead the show. Stillness is a reconnection to your essence.

In Follow Your Flow's latest online workshop we discuss both the science of your cycle and support you to reconnect to your innate essence so you can take it into your everyday.

I support women globally to understand their bodies on every level – with the practical science and holistically. 

Whether you are struggling to conceive or experiencing debilitating pain each month with endometriosis… or experiencing the heat and head-fog of peri-menopause these factors do not define you at your essence.

You are first a gorgeous, sensitive, sweet and beautiful woman. And that is always where we start. From this point we can explore what is impacting you as a woman and look at the key factors that will support you and your body.

Follow your Flow is a community initiative, providing information and resources and a platform for conversation on all things menstruation and reproductive health.


We offer community presentations and school programs as well as more tailored individual & group programs and courses, to bring more awareness to the truth about periods & our reproductive health, shining a light on the ever present taboo that still pervades society and cultures across the world. 



Sara collaborates with a varied range of health professionals to bring a complete picture to girls and women regarding their health & well-being that encompasses all aspects of life including an acceptance of who they are and coming back to an innate love for themselves and all it means to be a woman. 


Sara has been working & studying in the field of complementary medicine for nearly 2 decades and is currently completing a Masters in Women's Health Medicine. She has a great love of supporting girls & women in understanding themselves and their bodies from the inside out, where this then forms a foundation of confidence, steadiness, self-assuredness and an innate  knowing of their worth. Sara has extensive experience and a commitment to ongoing research in the area of girls' & women's reproductive health. 

Sara works in private practice in Complementary Medicine, Massage & Counselling with a focus on Women's & Girls' Health. She also works in a local primary school in First Aid & Well-being, delivering health & well-being support programs.
